Notes: The bubbles are delicate emphasising the glimmering golden robe. The bouquet is elegant, both subtle and deeply racy based upon an array of summer and autumn fruit with hints of high ripened yellow fresh apricots. The power and density are very apparent. The wine has a generous mouth-feel and complex structure and is very long on the palate due to the noble origin of the grapes in the blend.
