Notes:   The gold color reflects the 5 years ageing before release. Persistent minuscule bubbles denote the finesse of this cuvee. The splendid robe of lingering bubbles is as unctuous as it is inviting. On the nose, this wine is very fresh with hints of white flowers, young white peaches with exotic overtones of citrus fruit. On the palate, the attack is frank, the structure and finesse lead into a long and elegant after taste.
